But Susan Strobel, a west side resident, said she signed a recall petition because she doesn't see any improvement in the city since the mayor was first elected in 2003.

"He's full of himself," Strobel said of Williamson. "He needs to think about the people of Flint and not about what the people of Flint are going to do for him."
