...could his absence be because: A) some of the march's protesters are active in the recall campaign, and B) they want Flint to add to the numbers of police, rather than subtract, and that's a bit hard to do when the mayor is in court fighting for his version of the budget which lays off MORE police than the City Council's version? (The council favors keeping more cops, and making cuts in departments like human resources.)
